Job Description Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to support the operations at Elevate Apartments , a 259-unit midrise apartment community in Minneapolis, MN. The Leasing Consultant is our community's sale representative and is responsible for interacting with residents (potential and existing), assist with touring the property, providing accurate information about the apartment homes, processing rental applications, securing lease agreements for qualified persons, assisting with lease renewals, and fostering a positive, active and collaborative relationship with residents, communities, vendors and associated agencies.

Requirements

Essential Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • 1+ years' experience as a leasing consultant at a multi-family community of 100+ units
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with residents and collaborate effectively with team members
  • Knowledge of leasing and rental processes, including preparing, processing, and tracking leases and renewals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle conflict resolution, complaints, and provide a high level of customer service tailored to the community demographic
  • Proficiency in scheduling and calendar management to coordinate community events, meetings, and maintenance appointments
  • Have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other regulations governing multi-family housing operations
  • *Must have a valid driver's license
