EDUCATION High school or GED required.
EXPERIENCE One (1) year experience in customer service in a library preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Experience using People Soft skill preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to organize information
Ability to work independently
Computer skills required
Ability to interact professionally with faculty and students
