Benefits:
CJS Enterprises LLC is a construction company based in Peoria, AZ. Founded in 1962 by Curtis Jones, the company has grown and diversified over the years. Originally focused on residential housing, CJS Enterprises now offers a wide range of construction services, including residential and commercial concrete and masonry. With a commitment to quality and timely delivery, CJS Enterprises has established a strong reputation in the industry.
The Masonry Estimator role at CJS Enterprises LLC is a full-time on-site position located in Peoria, AZ. As a Masonry Estimator, you will be responsible for estimating costs and preparing bids for masonry construction projects. This includes analyzing project requirements, conducting site visits, reviewing plans and specifications, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and competitive estimates. The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Our mission is to create significant and lasting positive change for the Arizona masonry industry and to reinforce that our systems provide the premier building envelope solution in the minds of public and private owners, developers, architects, engineers, general contractors and the general public.
As a skilled mason, the contributions you make will last for generations. Masons work with brick, concrete block, stone, glass block, architectural precast and more. Work can be simple as building a wall or as complex as installing an ornate exterior, constructing a school or hospital. As with many construction trades, masonry work is done outdoors.
The work is very physical, involving the use of hand tools, power tools and material-moving equipment. Every brick and block must be laid by hand and requires the skill of a craftsman - a true artist. A skilled mason knows the different patterns, textures and colors that create an attractive finished product. Masons must also be able to read blueprints, understand building codes and be knowledgeable of industry safety guidelines and rules for handling hazardous materials. Each job presents new challenges that masons are called upon to address and solve.
This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. All inquiries about employment at this franchisee should be made directly to the franchise location, and not to Arizona Masonry Council Corporate.
