Microsoft Report And Dashboard Developer

Foxhole Technology is looking for a Microsoft Developer with deep Cloud and BI experience. This role is expected to work within a team managing a high-profile project that involves the migration of a marquee system within the Federal Government. The ideal candidate has experience with multiple business dashboard systems (Such as PowerBI, Power Platform) as well as varied Database experience and along with the full Microsoft Stack.

In this role, you'll get to...

• Work with development teams and product managers to scope and deliver software solutions
• Implement and maintain continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Develop, integrate and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Create technical documentation
• Design and develop web services components for cross-application solutions
• Implement best practices to maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications
• Develop strategies for integration with other applications to support education technology needs
• Coordinate and prioritize application modifications and bug fixes
• Perform migration across Microsoft based software solutions
• Participate and contribute to a team approach to software development and problem-solving using Agile/Scrum practices

Minimum Requirements

• 8 yrs experience working IT, Information Security and Information System projects.
• 3+ years' experience as a developer utilizing Microsoft Technologies
• 2+ years' experience with Microsoft PowerBI and the Power platform business intelligence platforms
• Bachelor's Degree or above
• Experience in MS Power Apps (MS Power Automate or MS Flow)
• Experience in Microsoft SQL Server and Synapse
• Experience in using Microsoft Windows Server and/or Microsoft Azure for the infrastructure
• Experience with MS development Frameworks, i.e. Azure Stack, .NET Framework, SharePoint, Web API, MS Dynamics CRM, WCF, ASP.NET & Web forms
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SCRUM and JIRA issue tracking
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to create UI from detailed designs
• Strong skillset in source control, specifically Git
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills and with the ability to tie organization objectives to mission critical objectives
• Excellent problem-solving abilities

Desired Experience/Certifications

• Varied business intelligence platforms such as Microsoft PowerBI and the Power platform
• Angular/AngularJS Front End Development Experience
• Experience in database migration
• Familiarity with Microsoft Synapse for Data storage
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Project, Excel, and Visio

At Foxhole Technology, we are committed to pay transparency as required by law, for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is $115,000-$130,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors as permitted by law.
