Wage

• $17.00 per hour plus a benefit package
• 8 hours per day
• 10 month position

Requirements

• Effective organization and communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Demonstrates a strong proficiency in technological skills including the ability to create and extract information from the District's student database as well as competency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
• Ability to take initiative under appropriate circumstances
• Ability to work comfortably in a non-routine environment
• Ability to work collaboratively and professionally with staff members, parents, building principals, etc.
• Experience as a secretary or office assistant preferred
• Experience working in an elementary school office desirable
• BILINGUAL A PLUS
