Description:
Metric5 is currently seeking a Mulesoft. As a Mulesoft Developer, you will provide technical and functional services to support PeopleSoft HCM v9.2 by working with developers, apps architect, scrum master, and customers to maintain existing System integration and develop new integration functionality. You will work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate functional and non-functional requirements into MuleSoft integrations. You will participate in the full application life cycle from technical design to development, testing, and deployment using MuleSoft development tools and technologies.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and manage APIs using MuleSoft
Design reusable assets, components, frameworks, and processes to support and facilitate API and integration projects.
Develop unit and other tests suites to accurately validate business logic and ensure a solution is delivered.
Build integration solutions designed with performance, security, scalability, supportability, and reliability in mind.
Implement and adhere to industry standard integration design patterns and practices.
Perform analysis, assessment and resolution for defects and incidents of advanced complexity and work with cross functional teams on resolution.
Write technical specifications
Participate in daily Agile scrum meetings.
Required Skills:
Experience with Peoplesoft 9.2
Experience with Mulesoft Anypoint APIs
Experience developing integrations: Batch and Realtime
Experience with application support and testing
Experience with data interfaces between systems
Capable of handling challenges and efficiently managing tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with users and vendor
Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts into understandable language for various stakeholders.
Desired Skills:
Experience with Federal Hiring or Personnel Actions
Proficient with Integration Broker, Services, Service Operations, Handlers, Queues
Expert in peoplecode and component interfaces
Proficient with the SoapUI tool to simulate API calls
Able to work well in an agile environment
Years of Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience
Salary Range: $100,000 - 130,000 annually
Clearance: Must be a United States citizen and must possess ability to pass a Public Trust Government background investigation
Location
Washington, DC area
Role is expected to meet with customer in Washington D.C.
Occasional travel may be required
