Job Description The MuleSoft Program/Project Manager requires 7+ years of experience in MuleSoft with a strong background in program and project management. The responsibilities of the MuleSoft Program/Project Manager include: Coordinating and managing cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones within budget. Leading project planning and execution, including creating detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, functional departments, IT teams, and third-party vendors to align project goals. Proactively identifying risks and conflicts across teams, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring timely resolution. Tracking program progress and implementing necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes. Providing regular updates to business and IX stakeholders, addressing concerns to maintain transparency and trust. Ensuring efficient utilization of resources to eliminate duplication and maximize productivity. Promoting and facilitating cross-team collaboration to achieve program objectives and establishing structured escalation pathways to leadership.
