Operations Manager

We’re a stealth-stage startup based in Irvine, CA, at the cutting edge of AI, health tech, and personalized nutrition. Our product is live, the tech is built, and we're moving fast to reshape how people take control of their health — starting with what they put into their bodies every day.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a team with deep experience, real product momentum, and a bold vision. We’re looking for an Operations Manager who can drive day-to-day execution, ensure processes run smoothly, and help scale our operations as we grow.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring all processes run on time and within budget
• Manage HR, hiring processes, and team structure, ensuring a high-performance culture
• Build and optimize workflows, project timelines, and vendor coordination processes
• Serve as a liaison between product, marketing, and leadership teams, ensuring clear communication and accountability
• Handle third-party contractor relationships (legal, developers, HR, designers, etc.)
• Assist in setting up office space, tools, and vendor relationships to support team needs
• Coordinate recruiting, training, and team management across functions
• Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure smooth operations across the board

You Might Be a Fit If You...

• Have 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, HR, or project management
• Have experience building teams and systems from scratch, and enjoy wearing multiple hats
• Are able to manage people, vendors, and timelines while ensuring execution
• Are equally comfortable with hiring pipelines as you are with fulfillment processes
• Thrive in startup, fast-paced environments where action is prioritized over perfection
• Are a clear communicator, great at following through, and capable of bringing order to chaos

Bonus

• Experience with Shopify, Amazon, or DTC/consumer health brands
• Background in health, wellness, or tech (though not required)
