We are seeking a Part-Time Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced, detail-oriented, and capable of providing exceptional front-desk support in a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in patients in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer and manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and route messages
• Manage patient records using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Verify insurance details and process patient paperwork
• Prepare and organize medical documents using Microsoft Word
• Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and staff
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Handle billing inquiries or route them appropriately
• Support providers with daily administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a medical office or clinical setting
• Language: Fluent in English (written and verbal); able to understand Spanish (written and verbal)
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft Word
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening
