Insight Global is hiring a full-time permanent Payroll coordinator. The position is in Miami, FL and will only accept local candidates- we are not accepting relo candidates at this time.

This position is a fully on site opportunity (5 days a week).

Pay rate: $20.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.

MUST HAVES:

• Current experience working with payroll at a mid-to-large sized company
• Ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish and English
• Proficient using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Plusses:

• Experience working with ADP system, Access, PowerPoint, and/or Publisher
• Knowledge of State and Federal guidelines pertaining to payroll

Day to day:

My client is looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join their team in Miami, FL. This position is responsible for coordinating the payroll processing, reporting, and administrative support of day-to-day payroll functions with an emphasis on compliance. This individual will hold multiple responsibilities including: assisting with the processing of payroll, all system entries for new hires/terminations/status changes etc., preparing spreadsheets for payroll review process, verifying employment requests, and much more. It is important that this individual is detail oriented, able to multi-task, as well as be able to manage their time and tasks effectively.
