This is an opportunity to work with a global electronics leader, contributing to cutting-edge SoC solutions for mobile and high-frequency applications. What You’ll Do: Execute full custom layout of RF and analog blocks: LNA, mixers, PLLs, modulators, PAs, ADC/DACs, and more Perform transistor-level layout of analog elements (resistors, capacitors, inductors) Carry out block- and top-level layout through complete verification flows (DRC, LVS, RLC, DFM) Collaborate with circuit designers on floor planning and top-level integration Lead layout reviews, ensuring integrity in power/ground routing, matching, shielding, and signal paths Manage layout schedules and coordinate sign-off activities. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience in custom RF/analog IC layout Proficient in deep submicron CMOS, including FinFET and 28nm processes Skilled in layout practices for parasitic control, high-frequency performance, and signal integrity Familiar with Cadence layout tools and Calibre for verification (DRC, LVS, ERC) Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
