Mercy Clinic in Joplin, MO is seeking a full-time Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join one other CT Surgeon in our busy, well-established practice. Our group is growing with over 200 new patient referrals every month, and ample business is available.

Mercy Joplin CT Surgery Program

1. 240-bed hospital built in 2015, offering state-of-the-art facilities including hybrid OR and two Davinci robots
2. Join a cardiovascular team of 2 experienced surgeons, plus three APPs who assist in clinics, inpatient management, and consults; 4 interventional cardiologists, 1 structural cardiologist, 2 EPs, and 2 non-invasive cardiologists round out the program
3. Strong outreach provided by NPs and PAs, covering a large catchment area
4. Dedicated CV team in the OR, including scrubs and first assistants with endo vein harvesting skills
5. 11 ORs with space for 3 additional rooms
6. 50 Pre-op/Post-op rooms
7. 5 Anesthesiologists and 22 CRNAs, including 4 dedicated CV CRNAs
8. Multiple specialized labs and suites including 4 endoscopy suites, 2 cath labs, EP lab, PV lab, and PACU
9. Two Da Vinci robots

This position offers

1. Integrated health system with a competitive compensation model
2. Two-year guarantee of $875K, followed by an ongoing floor of $875K
3. $50,000 commencement bonus plus up to $10,000 relocation assistance
