$192,000.00/yr - $245,000.00/yr

What Youll Do:

• Lead development of our eCommerce platform using tools like Next.js, TypeScript, React, Postgres, and AWS
• Design systems that are simple, scalable, and fast to launch
• Make technical decisions with a clear understanding of business goals
• Build strong relationships with technical partners and customers
• Improve tools and processes to follow best engineering practices
• Join our on-call rotation to help meet platform reliability targets
• Support internal tools used by research and operations teams
• Work closely with a cross-functional team in a fast-moving environment

About You:

• 12+ years in software development, 4+ in leadership roles
• Strong full-stack skills, especially with modern TypeScript and React
• Thrive in fast-paced startup settings and small teams
• Can connect technical decisions to business outcomes
• Comfortable switching between coding, architecture, and strategy
• Have led products through fast growth and scaling
• Familiar with modern dev tools and workflows

Bonus Points for:

• Experience with Vercel/Next.js
• Background in eCommerce
• Building products from scratch (0 to 1)
• Working in regulated industries
