Overview Staffmark is seeking a Process Operator to join our team and help produce high-quality soy-based liquid products. In this role, you\'ll follow written and verbal instructions to operate processing equipment efficiently, maintain quality standards, and ensure safety for yourself and others. Pay: $25.25/hr | Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, rotating Responsibilities Set up production processes, including CIP and sanitizing mixing and processing equipment Monitor and operate processors, surge tanks, and related equipment, ensuring quality and efficiency Perform routine maintenance on valves, gaskets, homogenizers, and other equipment Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate production documentation Troubleshoot and resolve operating issues independently Maintain clean and organized work areas and participate in housekeeping initiatives Communicate effectively with team members, support groups, and management Assist in coaching and training new process operators Follow all GMP, HACCP, SOPs, and safety protocols Qualifications Experience operating processors and related equipment, including CIP and surge tanks Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot moderate to complex problems Strong understanding of production flow, product separation, and batching requirements Capable of preparing and maintaining accurate production paperwork Strong decision-making skills and ability to work with minimal supervision Willingness to fill in for supervision when needed and train new team members Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and process terminology Why You\'ll Love This Job We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
