Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our team in the production of high-quality wine and juice products. The ideal candidate will assist with various operations including harvest, cellar, quality control, and bottling. This role emphasizes the importance of cleanliness and maintenance of production equipment and spaces, adhering to our standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with harvest, cellar, quality control, and bottling operations.
- Clean and maintain production equipment and workspaces to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Prioritize cleaning and sanitation as daily functions of the role.
- Perform tasks related to wine and juice production only when directed by Work Orders signed by the Winemaker.
- Support other departments as directed by your Supervisor.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work orders.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to assist in various departments as needed.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required.
