Job Title: Project Manager (Mid-Senior Level) Grade: 11 Location: Belgrade Languages Required: Fluent in German and English Industry: FinTech - Software Development, ATM and Payment Systems Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a deep understanding of the ATM industry and payment systems. This mid-senior level position requires excellent communication skills in both German and English, as well as the ability to manage technical discussions and coordinate cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage project contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate internal teams, including software developers, technical leads, and business analysts, to ensure project objectives are met.
• Technical Discussions: Facilitate and manage technical discussions, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
• Big Picture Understanding: Maintain a holistic view of the project, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
• Detail-Oriented Execution: Ensure all project details are meticulously managed and tracked, from inception to completion.
• Assertive Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, making decisive decisions and driving the project forward.
• Travelling: Willingness to travel up to 20% for project-related activities.
• P&L Management: Oversee the profit and loss (P&L) for each project, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Change Request Management: Manage and process change requests, ensuring they are documented and implemented effectively.
• Reporting: Prepare and present periodical project status reports to stakeholders.
• Documentation Management: Manage both business and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate directly with customers to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English.
• Experience: Proven experience as Project Manager in a software development environment min 8 years. Very well understanding of project management methodology (PMP, ITIL, Agile certifications are welcome).
• Industry Knowledge: Good knowledge of the ATM industry and payment systems. Knowledge of industry specifications and standards like CEN/XFS, PCI-DSS nice to have.
• Technical Skills: Ability to manage and participate in technical discussions.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Assertiveness: Ability to assertively manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Customer Communication: Excellent communication skills for direct interaction with customers.
