You will facilitate adaptive workshops, interpret live student performance data, and work alongside engineers to optimize the technology driving measurable literacy outcomes. What You Will Be Doing Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension. Creating personalized motivational experiences that engage students and foster a lasting passion for reading. Reviewing student performance data to iteratively improve instruction and identify meaningful trends. Partnering with the engineering team to assess and refine AI‑driven literacy platforms. Basic Requirements Bachelor's degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent). At least 2 years of experience delivering small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students. Skilled at assessing reading levels, grouping students, and designing differentiated instruction without pre‑written curricula. Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behaviors within them. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Willingness to work on‑site at one of our campuses: Lake Forest (Orange County), CA; San Francisco, CA; Miami, FL; or New York City, NY.
