We are a leading firm known for handling multifaceted projects that shape the landscape of commercial and residential development.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing and executing intricate legal drafting across a variety of transactional documents. This role demands a practitioner who can adeptly translate complex legal and business concepts into precise and effective contractual language. We are looking for an individual with a sharp legal mind, exceptional analytical abilities, and a commitment to excellence. The successful candidate will demonstrate superior, technically proficient writing skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team. A strong academic foundation from a reputable law school is expected.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assume significant responsibility in a variety of complex real estate and corporate transactions.
  • Draft, negotiate, and finalize a wide range of legal documents, including purchase and sale agreements, financing instruments, and development-related contracts.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence and provide insightful legal analysis on transactional matters.
  • Engage directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to advance our clients' strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California is mandatory.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant, transferable legal experience in real estate transactions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the legal intricacies of mixed-use, residential, or hospitality development projects.

To be considered for this exceptional career opportunity, please submit your resume, a compelling cover letter detailing your relevant experience, and a writing sample that showcases your capabilities in complex transactional drafting. We are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment and are an equal-opportunity employer.
