Job Title: Recruiter / Lead Recruiter

We are seeking a Recruiter or Lead Recruiter for our boutique recruitment firm specializing in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Retail, and Manufacturing Industries. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a family-oriented team and to work with a dynamic recruiter skilled in relationship building and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a full recruitment desk, working with a diverse range of clients from high-end design firms to global manufacturing teams.
2. Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients, impacting lives through your recruitment expertise.
3. Utilize your recruitment experience to achieve and exceed sales and placement goals.
4. Travel occasionally to attend meetings and trade shows.

Qualifications:

• 3-4+ years of recruitment experience, with ability to run a full-cycle recruitment process.
• Experience with Bullhorn ATS and platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Interest or knowledge in the architecture and design industry is preferred but not required.
• Leadership qualities and a passion for helping people.
