As we expand our recruiting capabilities, we’re hiring a Recruitment Service Delivery Manager to lead our delivery team and drive operational excellence from our Dallas headquarters.

Position Overview

The Recruitment Service Delivery Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing Glomo’s recruiting team and ensuring a consistently exceptional client experience. You’ll lead the hiring, onboarding, training, and development of internal recruiters, manage performance through KPIs, and implement scalable systems and processes. This role also includes leading client communications, executing on feedback, maintaining data accuracy, and reporting results directly to the CEO.

You’ll play a pivotal role in developing a high-impact delivery operation powered by cutting-edge recruitment technology, including AI tools and Glomo’s CRM, Crelate.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Service Delivery

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of high-performing recruiters.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training for internal recruiter hires.
  • Define and track KPIs to drive accountability, performance, and delivery quality.
  • Build and administer training and onboarding programs for new and existing recruiters.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the delivery lead for key client partnerships.
  • Lead client calls, deliver service updates, and gather actionable feedback.
  • Implement client feedback into team processes and performance improvements.
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience across all engagements.

Operations, Process, and Reporting

  • Design, document, and enforce recruiting workflows, onboarding procedures, and service delivery policies.
  • Maintain data accuracy and process compliance across systems and tools.
  • Build and manage dashboards and reports to track team performance and business impact.
  • Pull and analyze reports from Crelate and deliver regular updates to the CEO.

Technology & Budget Management

  • Manage recruiting operations within budget while driving high-performance outcomes.
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI recruiting tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Play a lead role in the ongoing development of Glomo’s recruitment tech stack.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent operations, with 2+ years managing a team of recruiters.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring, training, and managing recruiters.
  • Strong experience in client service, including leading calls and implementing client feedback.
  • Proficiency in recruitment technology, including CRM systems (Crelate preferred) and AI-based sourcing and screening tools.
  • Skilled in data analysis, dashboard creation, and KPI management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Industry experience in global mobility, relocation, or staffing is a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. – Visa sponsorship is not available.
