About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Retail Marketing Coordinator to support the brand’s growing retail and partner marketing initiatives. This role sits within the marketing team and works closely with the sales team to plan and execute impactful retail and event marketing programs.

The ideal candidate has a strong sense of fashion and emerging trends, with the ability to translate brand aesthetics into compelling partner marketing assets and sales presentations that inspire our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail & Partner Marketing

  • Act as the main marketing contact for B2B retail partners, including bookstores, team stores, and pro-sports accounts.
  • Lead marketing initiatives for new retail projects and partner locations, including launch campaigns, seasonal rollouts, and in-store activations.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop creative concepts, trend-driven sales assets, and tailored marketing ideas for retail partners.
  • Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and partner assets.

Tradeshow & Event Logistics

  • Lead coordination of tradeshows, partner events, and seasonal showcases.
  • Oversee timelines, vendor communication, booth setup, and on-site logistics.
  • Manage the preparation and shipment of all event materials, including signage, fixtures, and samples.

Visual Merchandising & Fixtures

  • Establish and maintain a merchandising manual outlining fixture placement and product display standards to ensure all retail spaces reflect current brand visuals and merchandising standards.
  • Create scalable B2B retail processes for fixture rollouts, seasonal refreshes, and asset distribution.

Brand Consistency & Communication

  • Establish retail aesthetic guidelines to ensure a consistent brand experience across all stores.
  • Streamline processes for asset distribution, fixture updates, and partner communications.
  • Build positive relationships with retail and licensing partners to support long-term collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Entry-level position; internship or relevant project experience in marketing, events, or visual merchandising preferred.
  • Experience or familiarity with the apparel industry is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of different customer demographics and ability to adapt trends, assortments, and marketing initiatives to each audience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or project management tools is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for brand marketing, events, and retail environments.

Why Join Us
