Job Description Location: Dallas/Fort Worth, TX | Hybrid Type: Direct Hire, Permanent Position Overview: We are looking for a certified Salesforce Admin who is comfortable with the core functionality of Salesforce, including: Administer, maintain, and enhance the Salesforce platform, with a focus on scalability to support high-volume operations. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce's object and data model, with the ability to speak to the standard use-cases for all standard sales objects. Oversee the implementation and optimization of Field Service Lightning (FSL) to manage field technician scheduling, dispatch, and resource management. Integrate and support Salesforce with telephony tools (e.g., Regal Voice, RingCentral, Five9, or similar) to enable seamless customer interactions and track communication. Experience with third-party field sales tools (e.g., Leap, Spotio, TaskSalesLoft, HubSpot, or other CRM add-ons) to enhance lead management, sales automation, and reporting. Collaborate with sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure Salesforce is tailored to meet the needs of the business. Can build and maintain Salesforce Flows, and can support the business with best practices. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring teams are proficient in using Salesforce and integrated tools. Manage user roles, profiles, and permissions to ensure data security and compliance. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to drive business insights and improve operational efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Salesforce and integrated systems in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, making recommendations for system improvements and enhancements.
