Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Speech-language pathology/ Communications Sciences and Disorders
- Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist - Assistant by the Texas Department of Licensing Regulation (TDLR)
Role Overview: As an SLPA, you will assist speech-language pathologists in the assessment and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a school setting.You will also implement speech and language programs or activities as planned and directed by speech-language pathologists for students. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development.
Job Details: - Dates: 8/12/2025-5/29/2026

Key Responsibilities: - Conduct speech, language, and hearing screening as directed by the supervising licensed speech-language pathologist.
- Implement the treatment program or the individual education plan (IEP) as designed by the supervising licensed speech-language pathologist.
- Work with classroom teachers to implement classroom activities to improve communication skills of students.
- Create an environment conducive to learning and appropriate for maturity level and interests of students.
