As a Senior Producer for AKQA, you will understand the account and client process to oversee and manage the production of websites, e-commerce updates, and digital product experiences. Candidates must have a proven track record in digital production across multiple channels and platforms, with experience in digital design groups, marketing consultancies, or digital advertising agencies, specifically producing complex websites and e-commerce experiences. Experience in implementing design systems throughout organizations is also required. This role involves close collaboration—from concept, development, to launch—with clients, creative, development, and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with ambiguity and change, capable of focusing on details while maintaining the big picture. Please note: This is a 3-month freelance contract role. No visa transfers or sponsorships are available. Candidates must be able to work West Coast hours. Role Requirements 6+ years managing end-to-end production of websites, digital campaigns, or email campaigns, including implementing design systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adapt quickly and meet tight deadlines Manage projects with governance in a process-rich environment Use tools and processes to track progress and resources Define visual, functional, and process requirements Align scope, schedule, and assumptions for projects Communicate dependencies and risks internally and with clients Document risks and issues Lead daily standups and client meetings Utilize project management systems to monitor progress Foster a collaborative 'One Team' approach Manage multiple concurrent projects Mentor team members Qualities and Characteristics Trusted partner to clients Excellent time management and organizational skills Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Asana, or MS Project Experience working with creatives and developers in an agency setting Strong knowledge of project management principles Outstanding communication skills Attention to detail and drive for excellence The pay range is $2,400 - $2,900 per week, based on various factors.
