• Test Strategy Development:
• Create, Build & Improve Test Methodologies: Develop comprehensive testing methods and systems to evaluate detectors, ASICs (Application-Specific Integrated Circuits), and PCBA’s (Printed Circuit Board Assemblies).
• Design Test Fixtures: Engineer and maintain both electrical and mechanical test fixtures essential for accurate testing processes.
• Automation & Optimization:
• Develop Tools & Processes: Implement automation tools and processes to streamline testing, increasing efficiency and consistency.
• Training & Documentation:
• Develop Procedures: Create detailed procedures and provide training to operators on using test equipment effectively.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of test setups, plans, and results to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
• Compliance & Diagnostics:
• Ensure Compliance: Implement and verify compliance with test and measurement equipment standards.

Experience and Education Requirements

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s Degree: A B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical/Electronics Engineering is required.
• Professional Experience:
• Minimum of 8 Years: Extensive experience in a test engineering role is essential.

• Ceramics & Semi-Conductors: Experience with ceramics and semiconductor materials is advantageous.
