Effective communication skills are essential, and you will maintain a consistently professional demeanor and appearance. You excel in guest interactions, promptly identifying and resolving any issues that arise. Flexibility and a willingness to assist colleagues as needed are crucial, demonstrating a strong team‑oriented approach. Building and maintaining positive relationships with associates and guests is key. Certification or licensing at the local and/or state level is required; preference for candidates who have completed a minimum of 200 hours of massage education and possess at least two years of professional experience.
