Job Type: Full-Time, 1099 Independent Contractor
Compensation: $1,500 - $3,000+ per week (Uncapped Commission)
Company Overview: We are a premier authorized retailer for Spectrum, one of the nation's leading telecommunications companies. We are expanding our field sales division and seeking motivated individuals to represent the Spectrum brand with integrity and drive.
The Role: As a Field Sales Agent, you are the face of Spectrum in the community. You will engage directly with customers in high-traffic retail environments and local events to promote and sell our suite of internet, video, and mobile services. This is a role for a results-driven individual who thrives on interaction and is motivated by unlimited earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute direct sales strategies within assigned high-traffic retail and event locations.
Master product knowledge across Spectrum's Internet, Video, and Mobile offerings.
Cultivate customer relationships, identify their needs, and present tailored solutions.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Represent the Spectrum brand with the highest level of professionalism.
