Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or a related field.
• Current certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
• Previous experience working in educational settings, particularly with K-12 students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, teachers, and staff.
• Ability to implement therapy plans and support students with diverse needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the delivery of speech and language therapy as directed by a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and track student progress.
• Support students in developing communication skills through targeted activities and interventions.
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and documentation as required.
• Collaborate with educational staff to create a conducive learning environment for all students.
