Your Impact The Sports Marketing Coordinator supports the Sports Marketing Activation team in implementing and executing the company's sports marketing strategy and activation. They assist in coordinating marketing activities from planning and development to execution and close-out, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives. This role requires creativity, organizational skills, and marketing knowledge to contribute to the overall success of sport marketing initiatives. What You Will Do Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across sports partnerships and properties including football, soccer, gaming, and other consumer passion pillars as needed. Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to develop compelling marketing activations that deliver Lowe’s sports marketing strategy. Coordinate with internal teams, such as store operations, merchandising, finance, and others to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives. Support cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency across touchpoints by leveraging brand guidelines and messaging frameworks. Work with the creative team to develop brand assets for internal partners to ensure brand is represented accurately. Manage timelines, resources, and systems for marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. Assist in managing and updating marketing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring marketing initiatives are executed within allocated budget. Collaborate with finance and marketing teams to reconcile expenses, forecast future expenditures, and report to leadership on an ongoing basis. Develop, update, and distribute marketing artifacts to keep stakeholders updated on latest marketing plans. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience 2-3 years of Marketing experience, preferably in sports, sport activations or hospitality 1-2 years of Brand Marketing experience, Project Management, Digital and/or Social Media, market and competitive research About Lowe's Lowe’s is a Fortune 100 home improvement company serving approximately 16 million customer transactions a week in the United States.
