The Store Security Specialist is responsible for maintaining a safe shopping and working environment by preventing theft, monitoring CCTV systems, and responding to emergencies in a retail setting. Candidates must have law enforcement or military law enforcement experience and demonstrate strong conflict management, communication, and technical skills. This role involves collaborating with store leadership, community partners, and emergency responders to support loss prevention and safety strategies.
