Job Description

Schedule Information: Will determine schedule based on student's availability. Must have some availability to work during the following hours:

Mondays- Fridays 8:00am to 4:30pm

Duties of Position: You will be the first point of contact for a diverse student population working at the front desk providing quality customer service and providing accurate information about programs and processes. You will provide clerical support such as:

• Answering and directing phone calls
• Setting-up appointments
• Assisting students with registration
• Assisting with placement test for ESL
• Other office clerical roles

Education Requirements: In order to apply for this position, you must be a current Harper College student, enrolled in at least six credits per semester (three for summer)

Experience Requirements: English - college level (ENG 101 or higher)
