Lakeland Students Pastor
The Lakeland Students Pastor will be catalytic leader who is experienced in coaching teams and building a strong, dynamic student ministry that changes both the lives of students and team members.
Report: NextGen Pastor
Status: Full-Time / NextGen Department
You Will:
Disciple students through a team of recruited and developed adult leaders that lead weekly services, create connections throughout the community, and equip students with a lifelong faith.
Develop new systems and strategies for reaching students both inside and outside of Lakeland Students.
Create dynamic and exciting ministry moments that leave a lasting impact and draw students closer to Jesus.
Build trust among Walworth County Schools & District Staff to create partnership opportunities between Lakeland & local schools. You Are:
A captivating & effective communicator to teens in both large & small group environments.
Someone that thrives in a collaborative and high-speed environment.
Self-motivated and excellence-minded.
A legacy leader who dreams of entrusting ministry to volunteer leaders.
You Have:
Bachelors degree in ministry, education, or a related field.
A relentless passion for reaching and equipping students.
The ability to bring vision, creativity, and innovation to grow Lakeland Students.
Excellent organizational skills across multiple environments.
A full understanding of teenage culture, both where they currently are and where they need to go.
