Talent Advisor

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Talent Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in recruiting, training, or a related people-focused role, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for guiding talent acquisition strategies, supporting hiring managers, and helping to build a strong, engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and recommend qualified candidates for a variety of roles.
• Support onboarding and training initiatives to ensure new hires integrate successfully.
• Build strong talent pipelines and maintain positive candidate experiences.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes.
• Provide guidance and support on talent development initiatives as needed.
• Collaborate across departments to meet evolving workforce needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience in recruiting, training, HR, or related fields.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition and development.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR tools preferred.
