Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruiting process for our organization during an elevated hiring period. The ideal candidate will own the entire hiring lifecycle—from job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding—ensuring a smooth candidate experience and timely placements.
Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and align on role requirements. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using a variety of channels: job boards, social media, referrals, networking. Conduct phone and face-to-face (or virtual) interviews, assess skills/fit, present qualified candidates to hiring managers. Manage the interview and selection process: schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, negotiate offers, handle job acceptance. Track and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, candidate pipeline, offer acceptance rate). Maintain candidate records and data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Promote a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. Provide status updates to hiring teams and HR leadership; help streamline and improve recruiting processes as needed. Assist with any other TA / HR tasks related to recruitment as requested. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency) managing multiple requisitions concurrently. Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation skills. Proficiency using ATS platforms and recruiting tools.
