The Little Gym Instructor: Part-Time, Highly Active & Engaging Role!

Are you energetic, fun-loving, and passionate about working with kids? The Little Gym of [Your Location] is looking for enthusiastic, active, and engaging instructors to join our team! This is not your typical part-time jobour instructors move, play, and interact with kids and families every day, making a lasting impact through movement-based learning and fun!

Position Overview:

As a Little Gym Instructor, you will lead structured, high-energy classes for children ages 4 months to 12 years old. Our curriculum focuses on building confidence, coordination, and motor skills in a fun, nurturing environment. This position is paid per class ($18-$20 per class), with additional opportunities to work birthday parties and Parent Survival Nights for extra earnings.

What You'll Do:

• Lead age-appropriate classes using The Little Gym's unique movement-based curriculum
• Engage actively with children and families in a fun and supportive way
• Demonstrate and assist with basic gymnastics skills and movement activities
• Keep the energy high, encourage participation, and create a positive experience for all families
• Set up and clean up equipment before and after each class
• Build strong relationships with kids and parents, making them feel welcome and valued
• Support birthday parties and special events (additional earning opportunities!)

What We're Looking For:

• A fun, energetic, and outgoing personality
• A love for working with children in an active, hands-on environment
• Ability to physically demonstrate movements and participate in classes (this is an active role!)
• Strong communication skills to engage with both kids and parents
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience in gymnastics, sports, dance, childcare, or teaching is a plus but not requiredwe provide training!

Compensation & Benefits:

• $18-$20 per class (please note this is not per hour), after training period has ended
• Additional earning opportunities for birthday parties and Parent Survival Nights
