TIG Welder

Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Duration: 4–6 months with strong potential for full-time hire based on performance

Are you a skilled TIG Welder looking for a great opportunity in a clean, climate-controlled environment? We’re seeking a detail-oriented welder to join our team for a temporary assignment—with the potential to transition into a full-time, day-shift role for top performers.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate TIG welding equipment, including purging, voltage/current regulation, and filler rod selection.
• Operate orbital welding machines with precision.
• Interpret and work from detailed blueprints and technical drawings.
• Handle and move parts of various sizes (up to 50 lbs).
• Support additional shop tasks and contribute to team success.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts and uphold high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of TIG welding experience.
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
• Hands-on experience with stainless steel, quality inspection, assembly, and hand tools.
• ASME Certification and 5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• A strong work ethic, integrity, and a team-first attitude.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
