Description: The Trading Coordinator will be integral to our investment management

team. A key responsibility will be working closely with the Trading department to

orchestrate the flow of trades throughout the trade lifecycle. They will directly assist the

traders in preparing and monitoring the trade processes, including auditing executed

trades and researching abnormalities. We seek a highly motivated individual with

meticulous attention to detail and a focused, strong work ethic. A successful trade

coordinator will promote efficiency and accuracy within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Advisory accounts and materials for trading
  • Maintain correspondence between Advisors and Trading Department,

including incoming trade requests

  • Maintaining administrative functions for Advisory accounts (cash buffers,

scheduled distributions, etc...)

  • Review executed trades and relevant information pertaining to trades
  • Coordinate and perform periodic internal audits of Advisory accounts,
  • Portfolio Models and Model Groups
  • Research and remedy possible trade abnormalities and potential trade

errors

  • Assist in a periodic share class conversion process
  • Assist in updating Portfolio Models for retirement plans on various record-

keeping platforms

  • Perform periodic audits on Portfolio Models for retirement plans at various

record-keepers

  • Act as an auxiliary trader when needed
  • Assist in the trading of Collective Investment Trust (CIT) Portfolios

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's Degree required, preferably a business degree in Finance,

Accounting, Economics, or a similar field

Minimum 1 year’s financial services industry experience preferred.

Series 65 a plus, must be obtained within 12 months of hire

Additional securities or adviser representative registration(s), as needed

High standards of professionalism, ethics, and integrity

Salesforce, Orion, and Eclipse experience a plus

Microsoft Office

General Python knowledge (Preferred)

This is a Non-Exempt Full-time position. Salary is determined based on experience.
