• Cover and secure a variety of components for the trucks and vans on the production line
• Secure textiles using various pneumatic and power tools

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 1 year previous experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and verbally communication simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawing and layout or other instructions in English
• Must possess mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills.
• Ability to determine the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job.
• Ability to work from various squatting, kneeling or bending positions
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work with arms above head

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $20.00-21.00 hourly not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
