About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Music Education to join its senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic direction and comprehensive oversight of all music education programs. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in music education and performance, who can ensure the excellence of the student experience and foster the integration of equity and inclusion practices. The Vice President will be expected to enhance and implement the organization's vision, attract and retain high-performance team members, and develop inter-team communication and cohesiveness. They will also be involved in program management, including budget oversight, and will be the primary advocate for the music education programs, both internally and externally.
