Role Description

We are looking for a  Part-Time Assistant Manager to join our team in  Rochester, MN . In this role, you will support the Store Manager by leading and motivating the sales team, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll play a key part in achieving sales goals, maintaining store standards, and fostering a positive, customer-focused environment.

What you will do

  • Lead, motivate, and coach team members to meet sales and service goals
  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences through attentive service and styling support
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
  • Assist with inventory management and store operations
  • Support daily opening and closing procedures
  • Uphold company policies and a culture of teamwork and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Sales experience with an interest in fashion and styling
  • Ability to lead a team and oversee store operations
  • Availability to work on-site in Rochester, MN
  • Prior retail or supervisory experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in retail or management a plus
