The Role
We produce the highest-quality woodworking in the nation —our products are showcased in elite residences and commercial buildings across the country. Every piece is unique, and your craftsmanship defines the final product.
As a Wood Finisher, you’ll work under our Head Finisher to create flawless, high-end finishes for custom projects shipped nationwide. This is a role for someone who wants to perfect their craft and be part of a culture that values mastery.
Responsibilities
Prep and sand wood surfaces to a flawless base
Apply stains, sealers, paints, and lacquers with precision
Match and create specialty finishes to client/designer specifications
Mix, test, and document finish formulas for consistency
Inspect and refine finishes to exact sheen standards
Maintain a clean, dust-free finishing environment
Requirements
Previous finishing or fine woodworking experience preferred
Comfortable working with stains, lacquers, and specialty finishes
Must follow proper PPE and safety practices in a shop environment
