				 2026 Avangrid Associate / Local Rotational Graduate at Iberdrola summary: 
 The Avangrid Associate Local Rotational Graduate program is a two-year development initiative designed for recent graduates to gain diverse experience across multiple business areas within the energy sector. Participants rotate through three different roles, such as business operations, project coordination, regulatory support, and customer experience, to build skills and industry insight. The program includes professional development, mentorship, networking opportunities, and graduate certificate options to support career growth in energy and sustainability. 
 The salary range for this position depends on location, degree, and level of degree. For Connecticut, the salary range is from $83,000 to $88,000. For NY, Maine, and Oregon the salary range is from $75,000 to $80,000.

 What You'll Do  As a participant, you'll rotate through 
 three different roles  over two years (each lasting 6-9 months), gaining insight into various aspects of our business. You'll work on real projects that impact our communities and help deliver safe, reliable energy. 
 Rotations may include: 
-  Business operations 
 -  Project coordination 
 -  Regulatory and compliance support 
 -  Customer experience 
 -  Process improvement initiatives

 Who Should Apply  We welcome applicants from a variety of academic backgrounds who are eager to learn, grow, and make a difference. You do 
 not  need a technical or engineering degree to apply. 
 The next cohort will start in July 2026.  Preferred Qualifications: -  Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field (Business, Communications, Public Policy, Environmental Studies, etc.) 
 -  GPA of 3.2 or higher 
 -  Internship or co-op experience (Avangrid internship is a plus) 
 -  Strong communication and collaboration skills 
 -  Interest in energy, sustainability, or infrastructure 
 -  Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments 
 -  U.S. work authorization is required/Legally authorized to work in the United States without the requirement for future sponsorship
