What You’ll Do Research and maintain references for assigned accounts, organizing all materials used as claim support in marketing materials. Peer‑review copy manuscripts, identifying areas requiring substantiation. Ensure every claim is factual and supportable by high‑quality references (e.g., randomized controlled clinical trials, peer‑reviewed articles, guideline recommendations). Prepare submission‑ready packages of reference materials for client, med‑reg and/or FDA. Participate in client regulatory review meetings as necessary to support substantiated claims. Provide support to the writing team when called upon. What Makes You a Great Fit Science degree or related background with a solid understanding of scientific, medical, and/or clinical text. Curiosity and passion for healthcare advertising. Extremely organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑starter. Desire to learn about the business and stay current on industry trends.
