CRO Co-Founder needed for Startup Accelerant based in UK-USA Nimbld Ventures is a boutique startup accelerant, supporting innovation through maximizing founders' chances of success through key inflection points in the entrepreneurial journey, with a specific focus on EU/UK-US expansion. We work with startups, investors, and ecosystems alike to create successful and sustainable businesses that drive innovation, create jobs, and support economies. We believe in innovation and We are currently seeking great people for the following co-founder positions: Chief Revenue Officer We are accepting candidates based anywhere in the United States or United Kingdom, and are a remote-first company. For this position in particular we have a preference for United States based founders, Texas in particular. Note that this is a co-founder position and does not currently offer a salary: equity + profit-share only for the first few months - do not apply unless you're comfortable with these terms. CRO Co-Founder Profile & Responsibilities We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual, someone who truly loves innovation and startups, with a solid understanding of the startup ecosystem, and who is keen to forge their own path and make a difference. This is an early-stage business so the scope is virtually limitless: here you have the potential to carve out the role of your dreams. Revenue and Sales Management Revenue generation: you will own the entire process from lead generation to pipeline build (although you will not be alone in this, nurturing this will very much be your wheelhouse), all the way to conversion. Explore and open new avenues for revenue generation. Define and research sectors, markets and market segments and analyze opportunities. Source and nurture partnerships and relationships with service providers, partners, mentors, investors and startups alike (this is a team effort - but here you will be the ringleader). Involved in development of pricing strategies and business model development. Track, analyze and share sales metrics and performance KPIs to inform strategic decisions and adjustments. Customer and Partnership Success Build strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty. Expand the possibilities of strategic partnerships with any relevant stakeholders to drive business growth. Marketing and Brand Management Build strategies alongside the CEO-CMO to build brand recognition and growth. Manage and align sales and marketing goals - you will be glue that connects both. Ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across all channels to enhance our brand image and market presence in campaigns and strengthen the brand’s perception. Attend and host events and take part in public speaking engagements on behalf of Nimbld Ventures. Create ad-hoc content as needed (this will be a team effort, but headed by the CEO-CMO). Required Qualifications and Experience Experience: More than years, here we are looking for true passion, drive, and demonstrable results, as well as an ability to connect with a very wide range of individuals and businesses: from scrappy founders to government organizations, from the most junior, to the most senior. Cross-functional experience across sales, marketing, product, with a solid understanding of unit economics both for agency models and product-driven growth businesses. Self-motivated, driven, self-disciplined, and comfortable working in an early-stage company. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred but not essential.
