Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote)

Were looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to start immediately!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Uploading videos and graphics, updating accounts, managing reviews.
• Developing, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
• Maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
• Creating events or promotions to boost engagement.
• Managing contact databases and supporting lead generation.
• Researching influencers and forming strategic partnerships.
• Setting up accounts, liaising with affiliates, managing payouts.
• Checking KPIs, adjusting bids/budgets, reviewing keyword performance.
• Analyzing audience data and developing content strategies.
• Creating reports and monitoring campaign performance.
• Researching trends and competitive marketing activities.
• Executing SEO strategies and conducting keyword research.
• Performing administrative tasks and content tweaks.
• Handling ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or certification in marketing/business.
• 2+ years in social media or 1-2 years in digital marketing.
• Proven content writing or copywriting skills.
• Experience with content management systems.
• Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of layouts, typography, print, and web design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, etc.
• Creative portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Ability to work night shifts.

Technical Requirements:

• USB headset with noise cancellation.
• Working webcam.
• Computer with 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
• Internet speed: minimum 25 Mbps; backup 10 Mbps.

Schedule: US hours (20-40 hrs/week)

Location: Remote

Salary (with HMO):

• Entry: up to PHP 53,000
• Intermediate: up to PHP 67,000
• Expert: up to PHP 78,000
