Director of Warehouse & Logistics

The Opportunity

As Director of Warehouse & Logistics, you will own and lead the consolidation of warehouse operations from multiple divisional sites into a centralized, efficient hub-and-spoke model. You will oversee all Warehouse & Logistics Managers across markets, setting the standard for operational excellence while shaping the future of the company’s supply chain infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the immediate optimization of warehousing operations while planning the phased evolution of logistics functions
• Develop and implement performance metrics aligned with corporate strategy to drive continuous improvement
• Design and execute operational plans to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate service quality
• Build and nurture collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners (from Warehouse to C-Suite)
• Standardize inventory control, warehouse workflows, and delivery processes including picking and kitting
• Optimize route utilization and leverage technology to monitor field assets effectively
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain high standards of workplace safety
• Analyze operational data to identify challenges and implement innovative solutions
• Manage scheduling, performance, discipline, and development of warehouse staff

Competencies

• Proven expertise with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), specifically Zebra
• Strong operational leadership and analytical skills with a history of successfully managing warehouse, distribution, and/or logistics centers
• Exceptional communication and decision-making capabilities
• Demonstrated commitment to integrity, teamwork, and goal achievement
