Electrical Assembler Our client, a leading provider in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an
Electrical Assembler to join their team in Green Bay, WI. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be part of the Assembly department supporting the production of high-quality electrical components. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Job Title: Electrical Assembler
Location: Green Bay, WI
Pay Range: $24.00 - $26.00 + with experience Shift: 1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
What's the Job?- Assemble electrical panels, wiring harnesses, and other electrical components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Install various electronic components such as sensors, controllers, and circuit boards.
- Conduct thorough testing and calibration of electrical components to ensure functionality.
- Execute lock out tag out procedures to ensure safe de-energization of machinery during assembly activities.
- Document assembly processes, test results, and any modifications made during the assembly.
What's Needed?- 5 - 10 + years of experience in electrical assembly, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
- Must be familiar with electrical components, transformers, & 480-volt, PLC wiring,
- able to read engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Software/computer programs used: Epicor (ERP system), Brady Workstation
- Strong knowledge of electrical testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.
- Accurately use testing equipment and procedures to diagnose and troubleshoot potential issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
