Job Description

As a Design Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the lead designer by sourcing materials, helping with business-related errands, maintaining our sample library, and overseeing design installations. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a top-tier designer on high-end residential projects and be involved in every stage of the design process. Responsibilities Assist in shopping and sourcing materials for design projects, including furniture, fabrics, finishes, and accessories. Run business-related errands, including picking up samples, making deliveries, and coordinating with vendors. Maintain and organize the sample library, ensuring it is up to date and easily accessible. Oversee the logistics and installation process for design projects, ensuring that everything is in place and meets the design vision. Provide general administrative support as needed to help with the smooth operation of the design team. Job Requirements A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for design. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Previous experience in interior design or related field is a plus, but not required.
