Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, our Recruiters are responsible for identifying, screening and presenting the most qualified candidates to our customers with a value-added consultative approach.

This is an onsite position located on the Northeast side of Indianapolis.

Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Identify the most qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
• Screen and interview qualified candidates; serve as the main point of contact throughout the entire recruiting experience
• Gain strong understanding of our clients’ business needs in order to provide the best candidate match
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the Manager of Talent Acquisition
• Partner with Sales & Executive Leadership teams to identify potential for large accounts and viable markets

Recruiter Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Recruiter and/or Staffing Agency Recruiter
• Previous experience within the Skilled Trades industry is a plus, but not necessary
• 3+ years of experience within a communication based environment (service industry, sales, customer service, etc)
• High-energy and passion
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
