Job Description
We are hiring a Remote Document Control Assistant to support internal teams by managing and organizing company documents. This role is vital for ensuring that all product, vendor, and procedural documentation is kept current and accessible.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain electronic filing systems for internal documents
Organize product specifications, vendor contracts, and compliance forms
Review and update files to reflect current versions and records
Ensure secure handling of confidential documents
Support staff by retrieving requested files in a timely manner
Assist with document tracking and audit preparation
At least 1 year of experience in administrative or document control work
Familiarity with Google Drive, Dropbox, or other cloud-based file systems
Strong attention to detail and file organization
Ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision
Clear written communication and labeling skills
